The costumer has the right to return goods purchased on this webside within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods. All returns must be post-marked within the 2 week periods. This can be done either in writing (or e-mail) or by returning the goods. FERO classics reserves the right to reduce the amount reambursed on any used goods that are returned.
The right of return does not exist for audio or video goods (such as cds, videocassettes and dvds) if the rapping has been damaged. This also includes other services that have been provided online (for example software that has been downloaded).
